Baits

The buzz: Resorts World Sentosa now has a local seafood restaurant on their premises in the form of Baits, conceived and managed by The BreadTalk Group. The vibe: This dining place screams space with its high ceilings. You can see live aquatic creatures swimming around in aquariums and peek into their bustling open kitchen through glass panels. The food: We loved the assam style fish (different prices for different fishes), zesty chili crab (based on market price) and BBQ stingray. If you need a break from all things aquatic, end your meal on a sweet note with the yam paste with gingko nuts and ice-cream.Why you’ll be back: If you are in the mood for seafood, this is the first and only place to find it at Resorts World Sentosa.Have you tried the Assam-style fish? It’s one of I-S Magazine’s 50 things to eat in Singapore before you die (2010).
