Baja Fresh opens an express outlet that caters to the CBD crowd. There’s the usual suspects on the menu including tacos, quesadillas and burritos with ingredients like pork carnitas, mahi mahi fish and steak. There are also other dishes like nachos and corn tortilla soup. Plus, there are beers and margaritas for those much needed after-work drinks.
