An unlikely find in Singapore’s IT-oriented mall is this restaurant on the second floor. With a wide selection of French food—think escargots, lamb chops and oyster Florentine—it is quite the gourmet’s choice. Service here can be slightly erratic, but it’s not a bad choice if you’re in the area. And for French food, the prices are fantastic.
