Mid‑range Filipino restaurant Bonifacio offers authentic Filipino dishes with a modern twist. Although dishes are specially prepared by consulting chef and Filipino native Dalia Conde, they have been tweaked to suit local palates. Local favorites like chicken inasal (grilled chicken marinated in lemongrass and annatto) and gising gising (vegetables cooked in coconut cream and shrimp paste) are all here; but our personal favorite is the tender crispy pata (deep‑fried pork knuckles). The set lunch specials like the chicken inasal and pork humba (pork stew in sweet sauce) served with rice and vegetables make this a great choice for a quick lunch too if you’re working around the neighborhood.
