Les Saveurs’ interior is breathtaking—with a high ceiling and spectacular glass façade overlooking the water feature outside. The dishes served are rather pricey, but not without reason. Using only premium quality products imported around the world, even the least discerning of diners will be able to taste the distinct difference of Les Saveurs from other French establishments. We started our dinner with a delicious and creamy wild mushroom veloute soup, whose slices of green apples and scallops added extra texture to the otherwise boring soup. The duck confit wrapped with gribiche sauce did not disappoint. Don’t miss the roasted wild cod rossini topped with foie gras and slice of black truffle—think tender cod accentuated with the savory goodness of the foie gras. This was the highlight of our meal. The tempura pineapple with Sichuan ice cream, and the Tahitian vanilla millefeuille, ended our meal on a perfect note.
