Unsurprisingly, the signatures on the menu are hand-made pizzas and pastas. To ensure the freshest pizza crust, all the dough is made in small batches and kneaded by hand. Heading the kitchen is Chef Aloysius Lim, who brings to the table more than 20 years of experience in Italian, Spanish and Mexican cuisine.
While the variety of the pizzas available is limited—there are only five permanent flavors—customers can customize their own toppings, starting at $10 for an eight-inch pizza. Pastas are customizable too, and a decent range of sides and desserts round up the menu.
