Eastern dwellers can now hang out at this new Brazilian steakhouse in Katong Village, the brainchild of three female owners (one of whom is Fabiane Braga, the owner of Espirito Santo). Pick out appetizers like sliced rump beef, chicken croquettes, pasta with mushrooms and ham, quail egg salad, Brazilian fish stew, mixed vegetables mayonnaise salad and apple salad from the salad bar and buffet section at Casa do Churrasco Brazil. As for churrasco, expect good offerings like rump cap, pork shank, chicken thighs, beef ribs, chicken wrapped with bacon, fish and even grilled pineapple from the passadors. And yes, there are desserts—we dig the Brazilian cream flan and chocolate lava cake.
