Completing the luxurious lifestyle quarter at Como Dempsey, Como Cuisine is a breath of fresh air with its elegant yet accessible vibe. The fourth in a series of critically acclaimed restaurants—comprising Peranakan restaurant Candlenut, Ippoh Tempura Bar and Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar—Como Cuisine combines the best-loved dishes from Como hotels across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas, in a casual setting fit for the whole family.

The 3,368-sq ft space is relaxed but elegant, complete with al fresco dining and a luxurious private room that seats up to 20. To match the setting, the all-day menu, headed by Executive Chef Timothy de Souza, emphasizes clean eating and treats Singapore’s rich flavors with a light hand. There are Como favorites like the Big Raw Salad, but also new dishes inspired by traditional Asian cuisines—like the Lamb Kofta or Masala Shrimp, the latter fired straight from the tandoor over coconut charcoal. As an added innovative touch, all the dishes are available in smaller portions for a flexible kids’ menu.
