The Fullerton’s chocolate buffet ($38, $46 with a glass of house red, white or rosé, $58 with a glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial; Fri-Sat 8-11pm) was almost singlehandedly responsible for making dessert buffets the rage all those years ago. Even now, the plentiful cocoa desserts and chocolate fondue fountain still make chocoholics salivate in anticipation.
