Not your typical restaurant, Curate is an RWS establishment conceived in collaboration between Michelin Guide Singapore and Robert Parker Wine Advocate that offers pop-up menus by visiting Michelin-starred chefs.
Its debut showcase features three Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Alajmo of Italian restaurant La Calandre, who is known for his multi-sensorial dishes with a focus on seasonal ingredients and molecular techniques. Each guest chef will work with a resident chef to create each menu and wine reviewers from Robert Parker Wine Advocate will hand-pick wine pairings for each meal. Prices range from $220-280 for a four-course lunch to $380-480 for an eight-course dinner and the restaurant accepts only advanced bookings.
