If you had always wanted to enjoy handcrafted burgers along with a side of truffle dumplings, now you can. F&B group Deliciae Hospitality Management has brought four of its brands—&Made Burger Bistro, Sabio Tapas Bar, L’Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro and Angela May Food Chapters—together under a single establishment at a purpose-built new wing of Robinsons The Heeren. It is a huge 4,300 sq feet duplex, the largest dining terrace on Orchard Road, with the ablility to accommodate 220 diners across all four eateries.

At &Made Burger Bistro, expect six variations of its handcrafted burgers like the popular B Burger ($19) with dry-aged beef, sweet onion compote, French comte cheese, capers and garlic mayonnaise; and the new Angela May Burger that features the use of steamed mantous filled with laksa yogurt sauce, fish and prawn patty, chili, kaffir lime, basil and coconut cream. Meanwhile, Sabio Tapas Bar is good for a night of wine, sangrias and beers paired with Spanish small plates as well as seafood and meats charcoal-grilled over a Josper oven ($6-$25). Don’t miss out on the Valencian paellas as well.

Up on the second floor, L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro, continues to serve up generous portions of its classic Parisian steak-frites ($19.90-$39.90) that come with unlimited servings of shoestring fries. Try other French appetizers too, such as the duck rillettes and escargots. Then of course, there is Angela May Food Chapters, which was already located at Robinsons The Heeren, the farm-to-table concept by American culinary host Angela May, that now serves up a refreshed menu of healthy Asian dishes. New signatures include the Spicy Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps ($28) and the Truffled Asian Dumplings ($18).
