Sister outlet to bottle shop Drinks & Co (just across the street), this restaurant puts out casual Italian- inflected bar bites such as bruschetta with beef ragu ($12), meatballs in tomato sauce ($14) and parma ham and mixed green salad ($13). To go with the meal, there’s a good range of New World wines (from $27) from Australia and New Zealand as well as well-priced and interesting spirits including Iron Balls gin ($72) from a Bangkok distillery. The place usually seats 80. But the watering hole really gets going on Friday and Saturday, during the Club Street road closures. They open up on to the street, ready to accommodate 120 diners.
