Drinks & Co Kitchen Holland Village

Bottle shop Drinks & Co is bringing its shelves to Holland Village, accompanied with a full menu for the first time. Besides being able to pick an affordable bottle off their shelves, you’ll also get to enjoy hearty servings of pizza and mains at this 70-seater store that adopts a classy, retro aesthetic. Picture yellow ceiling lights and an old-school bike mounted on the wall.

It is helmed by French Chef Adama Koita, formerly of TWG Tea Company, whose menu comprise signature bar snacks like their artisanal cheese platter for two, served with mustard, honey and bread ($30), crispy chicken wings in hot tangy buffalo sauce ($13) and charcoal grilled vegetables ($12). For those looking to stuff themselves, go for the mix grill platter ($35) or opt for the chef selection of meats, pate, cold cuts, and cheeses ($35). Pizzas are available too, and come in varieties like truffle ($25), diavola ($25) and margherita ($20).

Expect the same treatment with drinks at this third Drinks & Co outpost, where a range of spirits, wines and champagnes can be purchased by the bottle. Choices include a range of reds and whites (from $35), hard liquors (from $65), as well as pints of Crossroads or Tennent going at $12 and house wines at $7 during happy hours.
