Atop local landmark Mount Faber, Dusk Restaurant & Bar joins the dining concepts from the One Faber Group. Its biggest draw: sweeping views of Harbourfront and Sentosa Island well worth the cab ride (or hike, if you’re courageous enough to try) up.
Conceptualized as a European tapas restaurant, Dusk brings a fresh new option for those looking beyond the casual, family-friendly dining at sister restaurant Spuds & Aprons (previously Jewel Box). Located 100 meters above sea level and surrounded by Mount Faber’s lush rainforest, the 120-seater offers a gorgeous vantage point for sunset panoramas, made all the prettier with close-up views of the cable cars coming and leaving the station. Divided into an indoor and alfresco dining section, Dusk makes for a lovely event space too.
For the food, Executive Chef Kenny Yeo presents a menu of Asian-inspired, European dishes—like the tiger prawn capellini tossed in lobster-infused oil and Japanese seaweed ($28), and the duck foie gras on baguette ($20). Aside from tapas, entrees from $19 and a Sunday brunch menu are available for the bigger eaters. At the long bar, drinks are affordably priced, with wines by the glass starting from $13, and nitrogen cocktails at $15-$16. Not a bad price to pay for a million-dollar view.
