Gattopardo has moved from its old home at Hotel Fort Canning and is now in hot ‘hood Tanjong Pagar. It’s gone through a major revamp too; new creations make up more than half the menu (expect loads more seafood) and there’s a lot less focus on sharing plates and more on individual portions. On the must-try list are items such as the oyster with green apple mojito and baeri caviar ($36), the live scallop with chick peas puree ($34), and chef Lino’s signature nougat parfait with toasted “noto” almond sauce ($18).
