The name pretty much says it all: this place serves hotpot, but also some dim sum dishes. As far as comforting hotpot restaurants go, this one’s pretty chi chi with broth like Macanese pork bone, pickled vegetables with fresh fish soup and beef consomme soup as options. They’re all simmered with some premium ingredients, too like Kagoshima wagyu beef and fresh seafood. Toppings-wise, there are noodles made from fish and cuttlefish; handmade meatballs; seafood like clams and prawns; and meats like wagyu striploin and pork neck.
