The famed ice cream brand takes things to new gourmet heights with this sleek open concept cafe. You’ll find a range of new ice cream creations like the brulee banana split with scoops of Belgian chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice cream on top of a pound cake and bruleed banana. There are also confections like macaroons where ice cream is sandwiched between biscuit crumble. The store is also the first to introduce ice cream cocktails like creme d’Earl Grey, with gin, Early Grey tea and vanilla ice cream, made by Ethan Leslie Leong of Maison Ikkoku.
