This 85-seater restaurant at the IMM serves up heritage-inspired dishes with a contemporary take and is the latest in a slew of Canto-chic restaurants sprouting up around town.
Highlight dishes include fresh scallop with silver fish salad served in Japanese dressing; chicken millet consommé with bamboo pith served in hot stone; crispy chicken in almond flakes and dried chilies as well as assorted vegetables with shiitake mushrooms in truffle oil. Their a la carte menu starts from $8 for appetizers and $10 for main course. Banquets range from a six-course ($48++) to an eight- course menu (to $788++) depending on diners and their preferences.
The restaurant also serves cocktails (starting at an eyebrow-raisingly affordable $10) and house mocktails ($6.80) made from original recipes to complete the Cantonese dining experience.
