This is a great choice for the more health‑conscious, as all their ice creams (except kaya) are egg‑free and low in fat; thanks, of course, to their “fresh skim milk only” policy. While the texture does suffer a little as a result, the flavors are rich and robust. The honey wheat crunch has mixed in wholegrain biscuits, sweetened with honey and not sugar, while the green tea brown rice is wonderfully satisfying with bits of brown rice for a chewy brain freeze. And you must indulge in the toasty kaya—premium coconut egg jam mixed with breadcrumbs.
