Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta

Its full name might be Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta, but make no mistake, this isan acclaimed ramen joint whose original Japanese outlet is the world’s first Michelin starred ramen eatery. Working closely with a local partner, chef-owner Yuki Onishi brought his ramen concept to Singapore in November 2016to much fanfare. At this all-day diner, diners place their orders through a ticketing machine before they are seated at the 18-seater counter. Only two types of ramen are available: shoyu or shio broth. The simple menu features another handful of side dishesbutitis the ramen, with its rich, all-natural and clean-tasting soup stock, that takes center stage.
