Nowhere else in Singapore will one be able to find as comprehensive a range of Japanese artisanal beer than at Jibiru Japanese Craft Beer. The alfresco seating-only restaurant at 313@Somerset is a great place to hang out after an afternoon of shopping along Orchard Road or even for an after-work drink. Featuring both bottled beer and draft pours, Jibiru’s beers include many unique creations brewed using ingredients and processes traditionally seen the making ofsake or shochu, as well as produce found local to the brewery. Of course, nothing pairs better with beer than grilled meats, and thankfully, Jibiru also serves up a menu of Saitama-style yakitori and yakiton (pork). Other menu items include izakaya dishes such as tempura, gyoza and Japanese style curries.
