Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the boutique Amoy Hotel, Jin Fine Dining presents authentic and affordable Japanese cuisine under chef, Ray Phun. High ceilings allows natural light to bathe the main dining hall in a warm glow, but for intimacy, diners can choose one of four private rooms, which are suitably accented with Japanese prints, decorative obi belts and the like.
