Housed in the black-and-white house Chateau Tcc, this sake bar is located just above the contemporary Japanese fine dining restaurant, Ki-sho, and seats a rather exclusive maximum of 16 people at any one time. The decor is a reflection of Meiji-era Japan and draws a mix of both Japanese and Western influences. The dim lighting, a warm wooden top bar and plush seats to the atmosphere. The sake list—arguably the largest in Singapore with over 75 labels—is the culmination of in-house sake sommeliers and Ki-sho’s chef de cuisine. Expect a range of small handcrafted sakes that can’t be found anywhere else in Singapore.
