Keyaki

Located on the fourth floor of the Pan Pacific hotel, surrounded by a beautifully sculpted Japanese garden and koi pond, this stalwart in the Japanese dining scene has been around for years and has cultivated a strong, loyal following. The crowd of Japanese expats and local diners return time and again for their kaiseki menus (from $150) as well as teppanyaki specialties like Iberico pork ($28), foie gras ($26) and whole lobster ($23). At mid-day, the lunch sets (from $55) featuring a wide range of items from pan-fried beef with ginger to simmered oyster with egg are also a favorite.
