The combo of white brick walls and black furniture indoors border on industrial chic. Grab a table outside overlooking the courtyard if the weather’s nice.The food: Pretty eclectic, but in a good way. Care of executive chef Roland Graham who hails from Down Under, you’ll spot Oz-inspired dishes such as BBQ kangaroo loin skewers ($16), alongside duck and goose rillettes ($18) and soft shell crab with green papaya-fennel slaw ($16). Don’t pass on breakfast items including pancakes with rhubarb-cinnamon ice cream ($22).The drinks: Boozy options include cocktails like The Monster Mojito, flavored with watermelon, mixed berries or mango pomelo ($18), as well as house wines from NZ’s Sileni (from $12/glass; from $58/bottle).Why you’ll be back: It’s a great choice when you’re looking for an all-day breakfast spot that also does substantial mains and pleasant cocktails.Eat this: Pancakes.
