The guys behind SPRMRKT open this takeaway restaurant, bakery and retail store. While it’s really targeting the CBD folk, the cheery and modern space makes deli-style sandwiches, salads, quiches and cakes like muffins. Sandwiches include smoked duck with pear and spinach, a teriyaki chicken seaweed wrap and breakfast options like mushroom omelets with parmesan and truffle. They’ve also rolled out a series of hearty, but take away-friendly, dishes like teriyaki salmon with brown rice and mac and cheese.
