The parlor’s star offering is no doubt the spherical egg-based waffle—a staple of Hong Kong street snacking and a treat familiar to anyone who’s tried Singapore’s own chain Hong Kong Egglet. Available in two flavors, Buttermilk and Red Velvet, the waffles can be paired with the 15 ice cream flavors on offer, which start from $4.50 for a single scoop. There’s the chocolate malt Milo Dinosaur and classy Earl Grey and Figs; for the more adventurous, try the Chocolate Cinnamon Banana—fresh banana ice cream topped with chocolate cinnamon banana bun chunks courtesy of Konditori Artisanal Bakery.
