This homey Italian-inspired eatery has taken over the space The Vault occupied to serve up more hearty dishes like pastas, pizzas and paninis. All the dishes are inspired by different cities around the world so expect to see well-traveled names like The Jaipur ($10.90), a linguine pasta made with tandoori chicken, eggplant, capsicum, red onion, tomatoes and masala sauce; The Singapore ($11.90) with dry beancurd, prawn, straw mushroom, ginger flower, laksa leaves and laksa cream sauce; and The Fukuoka ($11.90) panini with salmon, avocado, cucumber and mentaiko mayo. They’ve also got a create-your-own (from $7.90) pizza, panini and pasta, just in case you’re in the mood for something more specific.
