Its name refers to the three natural elements—the trees, sea and air—and accordingly, Misaki uses fresh ingredients and natural produce in their dishes. Through his 20 over years’ experience preparing Japanese cuisine, chef Ken Khor specializes in sushi, sashimi and putting together omakase meals. On top of that, an extensive menu also sees treats such as fugu karaage, beef sukiyaki and assorted tempura.
