Paddy Hills

A cafe by day and fusion tapas bar at night, this airy space, with a bronze bar, wooden furniture and blue-tinged touches, serves up creative brunchy favorites like berry ricotta hotcakes drizzled with maple syrup and The Big Breakfast with a choice of eggs, smoked salmon and succulent pork belly. Come lunchtime, there are Australian-inspired options like Plantation with quinoa, puffed rice and pomegranate; squid ink tagliatelle with mentaiko; and the sinful Asian Brick with goreng pisang, thick brioche French toast, butternut squash puree and yam ice cream. Plus, the coffee is from Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee and they’ve got cold v60 and Aeropress brews, too.
