Picotin is a collaboration between co-owner Sebastien Reuiller and chef Emmanuel Stroobant. Named after a type of horse feed, Picotin is located where the stables in the old Turf Club were. Part bar, bistro and deli, Picotin is cozy—with high chairs and tables indoors, and a covered outdoor dining area. The pan-fried foie gras; braised lamb; crème brulee; and sticky date pudding with toffee and ice-cream are all delicious.
