Short for “Revolution Burger;” R Burger is co-owned by MediaCorp artiste Adam Chen, who totally dug the burger when he first tried it in an R Burger outlet in Bangkok. Originating from Japan, R Burger prides itself on providing a healthy alternative to fast food by substituting hamburger buns with “mantou”. The flavors available on the menu are decidedly Japanese (think chicken ume and ma-po tofu). Ladies will adore the fact that these burgers are chockfull of marine collagen (yes, very Japanese).
