Salmon Samurai

The folks behind Standing Sushi Bar and Tanuki Raw know a good formula when they see one—Salmon Samurai is a quick-serve concept that, like its counterparts, specializes in salmon, but at a much more affordable price. Here, the menu is entirely salmon-focused, and whole sashimi-grade salmon fish is delivered daily to the two CBD outlets to be broken down into fresh salmon toppings.

Salmon Samurai’s main offering are healthy salmon bowls. For just $9.90, choose from five salmon toppings—salmon sashimi, mentaiko, poke, spicy salmon and braised garlic shoyu salmon—to go with your staple of choice (yuzu-ume brown rice, udon or mixed greens). Additional toppings like avocado, ebiko and onsen eggs are also available for you to go trigger-happy on customization. And if you aren’t feeling the donburi that day, the same toppings and brown rice blend are also available in the signature Warrior Maki ($9.90)—a crab meat and cucumber roll topped with salmon sashimi.

Salmon Samurai has a second outlet at 100 Tras Street, #03-22 100AM, open from 11am-9pm (Mon-Fri), 12pm-6pm (Sat-Sun).
