Salut

Just off Jalan Bukit Merah, a road otherwise known for mostly industrial estates, this hipper-than-usual kopitiam has checked tablecloths and relatively upmarket tenants like Immanuel French Kitchen (local chef Immanuel Tee’s new outfit after his stint at Keystone restaurant), serving fancy stuff like duck rillette and camembert cheese gratin, and Seasalt, a quality seafood-focused stall. There’s also craft beer (but of course!) and German pub grub at Stew Kuche and chicken wings from Two Wings.
