This addition to the increasingly bustling One Fullerton should be a hit among yuppies with its fantastic views across the water to the Marina Bay Sands. Boasting both a well-stocked bar, as well as a restaurant area with live stations serving delectable yakitoris and other Japanese staples—there is certainly a lot to savor here. There is a relaxing bar area, piped with contemporary jazz tunes, and where you can still order food. Recommendations include the cold tofu salad, pan fried black pork with kimchee and cod roe pasta. The highlight is the black pork, which is tender, well-cut and succulent, and the kimchee adds a nice spicy balance to the meat. Food aside, the perfectly chill vibe is reason enough for us to come back for drinks.
