In an ocean-inspired enclave at Marina Bay Sands, Sea & Blue is a nautical-themed buffet serving over a whopping 100 dishes in continental (read: European) and Korean cuisines. The 350-seater restaurant is decked out in maritime influences—from the blue and white decor, to the wooden boat suspended from the ceiling—to simulate the feeling of dining underwater.
There are 10 hot and cold stations, which include a Barbeque and roast meat station, deep-fried food, salad bar and desserts. But an underwater-themed buffet is only complete with seafood, which here includes fresh prawns, shellfish, and snowcrab, as well as a large variety of sushi. Also a highlight at the buffet is the Korean station, which serves favorites like freshly griddled Pajeon pancakes, tteok-bokki (rice cake), Korean BBQ, and even a DIY Bimbimbap station. In particular, the grilled meat at the Korean BBQ station is both a crowd and a personal favorite.
Prices to dine under the sea go for between $42-64 during lunch, and $58-68 for dinner. Prepare for an underwater food coma.
