Seafood Paradise (MBS)

Well known for their crabs, Seafood Paradise has made its move from humble Defu Lane and brought its flavors of the sea to the elegant Marina Bay Sands. This 177-seater restaurant exudes modernity with its warm lighting, monochrome earthy tones and a live seafood tank at the back.

The new venue also offers new methods of cooking styles, including the deep frying of flower crabs with a blend of spices that includes curry powder, blue ginger and lemongrass. New dishes aside, they’ve also brought over signature dishes that has made the restaurant what it is today, such as the Singapore Style Chilli Crab, creamy butter sauce crab topped with coconut crumbs (also available with lobster) and the steamed seabass with assam spicy sauce (ranging from $20.90 to $60.90).
