Sen of Japan

A ground-level Japanese restaurant and bar at Marina Bay Sands, Sen of Japan offers fusion, Japanese-influenced cuisine by executive chef Nakano Hironmi (who has worked at Nobu in Las Vegas). The interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows and simple but stylish blond wood furniture. The restaurant’s signature dishes include the black cod with soy ($24.50)—which you can have with foie gras ($8.50 supplement)—salmon aburi maki roll ($17.50), Kagoshima wagyu steak ($98) and the special sashimi platter ($56). The restaurant’s bar stocks a wide range of sake, and the sake tasting set ($25), allows you to sample a range of options from their selection.

Special Promotion
A good range of weekly promos are on offer at Sen of Japan. On Monday, salmon sashimi goes for $5. Oysters (three pieces) are just $12 on Tuesday. Plus, there’s one-for-one sake on Wednesday and on Thursday, gyoza goes for $5 for six dumplings.
