There are six soup bases to choose from like seaweed and soya milk soup, but the value really comes with the meats. A standard buffet price covers pork belly, pork collar and chicken thigh but a top-up gets you beef chuck, Kurogegyu shoulder and wagyu chuck rolls. Here, it’s also mandatory to choose two soups so there’s no additional charge.
