The latest opening from restaurant group Dining Innovation Asia-Pacific is the Japanese shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat dining concept Shaburi. Located on the third level of JEM shopping mall, Shaburi shares its kitchen with sister restaurant Kintan, a premium Japanese BBQ concept. Shaburi offers diners individual hot pots for their shabu-shabu buffet, and a selection of five different soup bases to choose from –konbu, sukiyaki, chicken collagen paitan, hot miso, and tonyu miso. Depending on their chosen buffet price, diners can order as much a la carte meats as they like within their respective price categories. On top of that, a generous self-service buffet section that Shaburi shares with Kintan features a wide range of side dishes such as sushi rolls, tempura, chawanmushi, chicken karaage, fresh vegetables, desserts and more.
