Boasting a lovely seaview, Silk Road of the Sea is the seafood-oriented cousin of Silk Road at Amara Hotel. As its name implies, it is an amalgamation of cuisines from various corners of Asia. There are Szechuan, Shaanxi and Beijing cuisines (with Mediterranean, Indonesian and Thai influences) to be tried here. Must-tries are the Szechuan style Sri Lankan crab; grilled prawns with chili; and deep-fried prawns with wasabi.
