Sluviche

Specializing in Peruvian ceviche and adult (read: spiked) slushies, Sluviche brings to Keong Saik Road the vibrant drive-thru daiquiri culture of New Orleans. The adult slushies are essentially a boozy frozen treat—available in Pisco Punch ($15) and Pisco Sour ($15), for a refreshing pick-me-up any time of the day.

Completing the menu and restaurant name (Sluviche is a cheeky play on the words ‘ceviche’ and ‘slushie’) is ceviche—a popular Peruvian raw seafood dish from the coastal regions of Latin America. At Sluviche, the protein-heavy ceviches are brightly colored and textured in flavor, and light enough so you won’t be too stuffed after a meal; available in scallops, tuna, shrimp, Buri (yellowtail) or Fiji (swordfish), all the ceviches come with a side of sourdough. With light bites and low-maintenance drinks, refuelling at midday has never been this attractive.
