This busy Raffles Place fixture brings a popular Tokyoite concept to town. As its name suggests, you order your sushi and eat it standing up (though if you swing by in the evenings, you’ll find bar stools to sit on). The seafood is flown in fresh from Japan daily and the result is sushi and sashimi that can rival some of the more established names in town. Try also the beef yakiniku and if high cholesterol isn’t a concern, the kaki fry and ebi fry.
