Conceptualized by some of the guys behind The Butter Factory, this dimly-lit alleyway-looking shophouse is home to a glamorous Chinese tapas bar. Inspired by 1980s Hong Kong, the menu’s dreamed up by Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House and comprises small plates of crispy roast pork, maple-glazed char siu and hawker favorites like carrot cake and shrimp-paste chicken wings. The shophouse also has a rooftop terrace that’s perfect for soaking up the night vibes.
