The flagship outlet of SYNC’s tapas venture has tons of reimagined classic Korean dishes. Toppoki, baked rice cakes, now come with three types of cheese in a sweet and spicy sauce with sausages; muneo is a sauteed octopus with kimchi jus; and the beef Sogogi jowl comes with sesame leaf and garlic confit. There are also larger plates like chicken paella with kimchi and sausages, as well as the army stew, a cacophony of seafood with ramen and rice cakes.
