The crisp yet delicate shelled handmade truffles here, 55 percent équateur, 66 percent antilles or 70 percent Honduras (our hands-down fave), are truly delicious. Owner and chocolatier Teng Ei Liang has also introduced a signature chocolate cake, as well as espresso- and Earl Grey-infused chocolate tarts for more temptations.
