This is one of Singapore’s first dedicated bagel shops, and the two guys who run the place are serious about their dough and toppings. Choose from five different bagels like sesame seed, cinnamon & raisin, rye, onion and plain; six smears like salmon dill cream cheese, clover honey, pandan kaya spread with butter slices and Nutella with pecan crumbles. If you want something heartier, they’ve got bagel sandwiches like Piglet with hashbrown, streaky bacon, a sunny side up egg; Hog with slow-roasted pork cheeks, lettuce, tomatoes, pineapple chutney and creamy mustard seed sauce; and a classic Lox with cured salmon, cream cheese, red onions, dills and capers. Watch out for a rotating list of seasonal bagels, too.
