Marymount Bakehouse
Marymount Bakehouse, which is famed for its naturally fermented sourdough loaves, brings something new to the table this Christmas with a centrepiece that leverages on its sourdough expertise: the Marymount Wellington. Good for six to eight people, the dish is unique in that it replaces the usual beef with tender Hungarian turkey breast, brined in-house for maximum flavour. The turkey is layered with an earthy mushroom duxelle and burnt leeks, before being encased in delicate sourdough crepes and wrapped in golden, flaky puff pastry.
