Boutiques opening, boutiques closing, boutiques going online

Fashion and homewares boutique The Buckhouse Refinery (previously on Keong Saik Road) closed up shop in March. But they’re still on our radar: they became an online-only store in June. The multi-label e-shop stocks men’s and women’s fashion, accessories, homewares and gadgets, curated from a range of brands like Era Ora, SomeAreThieves, Lalalove London and Bones and Feathers. Head online to get your hands on some colorful prints and bold colours (we also like their eclectic jewellery pieces from Wanderluster).

And while one local shop goes online, another e-store goes brick-and-mortar at Raffles Place. Aussie-stocking local portal theWYLDshop.com just announced the opening of its first permanent shop in the CBD, selling weekend- and club-appropriate womenswear, accessories and faux-jewellery from Australian brands like MinkPink, Le Specs and Staple the Label (check out their cute, splashy t-shirt dresses). We’ve also got our eye on their chandelier-like ear cuffs and warrior-ish cuff bracelets from Survivor.
