Singaporean business Page One will hold a warehouse sale before closing its only bookstore at VivoCity on February 19.
According to The Straits Times, the closure comes after CEO Mark Tan stated that the rental was no longer viable and while attempts were made to reconfigure the lease, an agreement with the landlord could not be reached.
Page One will still maintain its stores in Hong Kong and Taiwan along with its publishing department in Singapore.
